Orchestras Live is pleased to welcome Natasha Farrow into her role as Funding Development Co-ordinator.
Born and raised in Leeds, Natasha moved to Newcastle to complete a degree in Linguistics with Japanese and having fallen in love with the city (and her husband), never left!
Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of operational roles within a local charity, but most recently with a focus on income management and development, overseeing the procurement and management of grant funding and statutory contracts on a local, regional and national basis. Natasha enjoys crafting compelling copy to champion the work of third sector organisations, and is excited to be applying her skillset to the work of Orchestras Live.
Natasha is passionate about the arts, stemming from a childhood of dance classes, and theatre and live music attendance. She relishes opportunities to access the arts in all forms, and feels especially privileged to be able to watch the performances of local amateur orchestras in which her husband plays double bass and conducts. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys singing, creative writing and various arts and crafts.
Natasha's new role will assist Caroline Porter, our Funding Development Manager, in the implementation of Orchestras Live's fundraising strategy. She will support the administrative process that underpin the effective running of the fundraising function and help to secure funding from, and provide stewardship to, supporters of Orchestras Live's projects.
Natasha started working with us in early January.
