We collect your personal data when you sign up to receive emails from us. We also look at how our audience uses our website through Google Analytics.
We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our business and provide you with the information you have chosen to receive. Any information you share with us enables us to provide you with a more personalised experience.
Orchestras Live does not share personal data with any other organisation.
We hold your data securely on our systems; we currently use the following to process your data on our behalf:
- Email newsletters: Mailchimp
You can stop receiving email newsletters from Orchestras Live at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link that can be found at the top of every email we send, and we will stop contacting you.
- Event booking for Share Sound Grand Finale: Eventbrite
Your details will only be used in order for us share the watch link for the event with you, and to invite you to complete a short online audience survey following the event. Your contact details will be deleted by Orchestras Live once the event has taken place and will not be shared with any other organisation or used for any other purpose.
- Donations from individuals: CAF Donate

If you have completed one of our audience surveys at or after a concert you have attended, we will destroy all responses held on paper or digitally (except where you have requested to be signed up to receive our e-newsletter, or where you have consented to be contacted to take part in further research) within a year of collection.
