Lucy Farrant (LJ Hope Productions) is an independent creative producer, Artistic Director of Young Norfolk Arts, Co-Director of True Stories Live, Co-Chair of the Norwich 2040 LCEP and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Norwich Arts Centre. Lucy is passionate about initiating and developing creative projects and engaging with a diverse range of participants and audiences. Lucy's work with Young Norfolk Arts Trust is young people centered. The Trust's main aim is to support, develop and celebrate young people's creativity in all its forms. Its three main activities are delivering a year round programme of events, delivering an annual Festival (in 2020 this happened virtually) and recruiting, training and guiding a group of young people aged 16-25 called the Collective. This latter aspect of the Trust's work has become an essential part of everything it does and enables much of its work to be by young people as well as for them.
