Essential Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Strategic business development experience
To lead our strategy for income generation through business development and innovation and convert opportunities into tangible results.
- Experience managing innovation and business growth strategies
To develop and deliver new products and services that reflect our expertise
- Proven sales track record and client pipeline development
To build relationships and secure commissions for our consultancy offer
- Experience of driving brand awareness for new business
To promote Orchestras Live’s consultancy services to new audiences
- Data management and CRM system proficiency
To monitor performance, evaluate impact, and support financial forecasting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
To engage persuasively with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Ability to respond to competitive tenders
To proactively secure new business through formal procurement where appropriate.
